We understand that a lot of our customers are purchasing items well in advance of their due date. This does prompt the question as to whether shipping can be delayed until closer to the due date.
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to do this.
This would require additional fulfilment procedures and warehouse storage space which we don't have the capacity for.
All items are shipped as soon as we can do so after receiving an order.

Your standard 2-year warranty starts from the date the items leave our warehouse but we do understand and appreciate the circumstances above. If your items are shipped months prior to your first baby being born and you have any reason to contact us with a warranty claim soon after your 2-year warranty has expired, we will give reasonable consideration to your request. Each situation with be assessed individually.
