Following up Outstanding Deliveries

If you have had part of a delivery, please allow 3 working days from the delivery of the first item before you follow up the outstanding items. 

In the first instance, please contact the number you’ll find on the tracking page:

This will enable you to speak directly to the courier company who can follow up immediately with first-hand information. 

You will need your tracking number which is provided in the email you received with the tracking link.

If the courier company are unable to locate your parcel, or you're not able to get a satisfactory answer, please let us know and we will follow up for you.  In this case, email us at hello@edwardsandcobaby.com
