You will receive an email when your item has been scanned onto a courier’s vehicle and is on its way to you. This will have tracking details which you can use to follow your delivery’s progress.
Please note: when you click the tracking link if your order is made up of a number of boxes the information on the tracking page can be confusing!
Initially, the full number of boxes shows as picked up, but these are likely to get separated in transit so are then scanned individually. For example, your tracking link might show:
Pickup: | Date/Time | 5 Boxes |
In Depot: | Date/Time | 1 Box |
In Transit: | Date/Time | 3 Boxes |
Out for Delivery: | Date/Time | 1 Box |
From this you can see that your full order is a total of five boxes, and of those five boxes one is still in the depot, three are in transit and one is out for delivery.
This means you will be likely to receive three separate deliveries:
1 delivery of 1 box (Out for delivery)
1 delivery of 3 boxes (In Transit)
1 delivery of 1 box (In Depot)
It is not uncommon for parcels to be separated in transit like this and for there to be a delay between the delivery of these. Please allow 3 working days from the delivery of the first item before you follow up the outstanding items.
To follow up outstanding items:
In the first instance, please contact the number you’ll find on the tracking page which is 0800 2925537. This will enable you to speak directly to the courier company who can follow up immediately with first-hand information.
If you’re unable to get a satisfactory answer, please let us know and we will follow up for you.
