I can't tighten the harness enough on my capsule to fit my baby snugly. Is there a trick to getting it tighter?

If the harness on your capsule seems too long and and you're unable to tighten it enough to be sure your baby is secure, you may need to adjust it to the newborn setting.  This video below will show you how to do this.  Please watch through the first part of the video until we describe how to shorten the harness.
