If you would like to let us know about an issue you believe is covered under warranty, please do so by emailing us at hello@edwardsandcobaby.com

We will require the following information before we can look at any warranty claim so please include this in your email:

• A picture or video of the issue you are experiencing.
  
  
• A copy of your original purchase receipt showing date of purchase,
  
  
• Your street address, email address and mobile number.
  
  
• For a stroller warranty claim, we will also require a picture of the stroller manufacturing sticker which you will find on the stroller frame, near the storage basket.
