Oscar Mx: The front wheel of my Oscar Mx is wobbling, jumping or shuddering. How do I fix it?

If the front wheel of your Oscar Mx is not running smoothly, and it can be described as wobbling, bouncing, juddering or shuddering, this can be fixed simply by replacing the wheel.

Depending on when you purchased your stroller, it's possible that this will be replaced under warranty. 

To determine if this will be resolved under warranty, please email us at hello@edwardsandcobaby.com with the following information:

- a description or video of the issue,

- a copy of your original purchase receipt, also showing the date of purchase,

- a picture of the manufacturing sticker which you'll find on the inside of your stroller frame, near the parcel tray,

- your delivery address, phone number and email address.

Once we have this information, we can consider your claim and get in touch asap with next steps.
