The seat unit of my Oscar g3 seems to be too reclined - what do I do?

If your seat unit is too reclined (such as the babies feet being higher than their head) then your seat unit might be over extended. It is recommended to email our customer service email address (hello@edwardsandcobaby.com) so that we can check it.

We will ask for a side on photo of your stroller with the seat reclined so we can check it. It is very simple to fix and we can send you video of how to do it but we do need to check it is that issue first.
